I was dying when I saw this! Seriously, how fun would it be to climb on this?! It's like the aliens from Craft planet landed and knitted up a crazy fun land. 

Actually, the playgrounds are the creation of Toshiko Horiuchi, who works with engineers TIS & Partners and landscape architects Takano Landscape Planning to make the large scale playgrounds. The genesis for the idea occurring at one of her museum shows when two small children asked to climb on her work. Inspiration comes from everywhere and in all sizes, no?
