So, I love to eat. I mean REALLY love to eat. That love has led to a love of cooking- or more specifically trying to recreate great restaurant dining experiences. This honeydew soup is an example of that. One particularly hot night in Minneapolis, I had an absolutely delightful meal with Nina, and a chilled honeydew soup was the highlight. Now, whenever the temperature rises it's a favorite treat. This version has cucumber, mint, and a yogurt lime drizzle. White fish, brown rice and steamed veggies round out the meal. So yummy!
