Hello there! I'm Sarah, a surface pattern and graphic designer living and working in Los Angeles. My extensive experience working with consumer brand leaders on advertising, packaging, promotion, and in-store experience has led me to develop a deep understanding of brands, styles, trends and their connection to our lives.

I'm lucky I can spend my days designing, and find inspiration everywhere. AND I love being able to share some of that inspiration here!

When not in front of one of my (embarrasing number of) Apple products (seriously, it's a problem), you can find me whipping up a culinary delight with the latest round of veggies from the garden or farmer's market, out trolling flea markets, sweating through the asanas in yoga class, or taking Rita our loveable pitbull for a lazy walk. Ok, Rita never walks lazily, but we try. She does do yoga sometimes though: See!

I hope you find something to love here on Very Sarie. And yes, I do answer to Sarie. It's the only thing my mother calls me in her very thick midwestern accent. (I also answer to Sarah, and a whole lot of other names, but you'll have to get to know me first before I tell you any of those.)
